Vana of the Golden Flowers
Valar (Middle-Earth) has seven queens, each of which has a different role bringing forth the beauty of Valar, but I want to explore more about Queen Vana or the “Beautiful One”. Vana is responsible of preserving the youth made for all life in Arda (Middle-Earth), therefore she is known as Vana the Ever Young. Another big factor about Vana is how her gardens are filled with golden flowers representing her love for flowers which also gives her the name of the “Queen of Flowers”. The golden flowers in her gardens are very important because it connects with her long golden hair as well as the sun of Valar. The golden flowers in Vana’s garden were water by Arein of the Maiar with bright dews from the great golden Tree Laurelin. The Golden Tree of Laurelin was a very important figure in Valar because The Golden Tree Laurelin in the south, like the Silver Tree Telperion in the north were the only light source for Valar.
